Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Business Analyst with 2–5 years of experience in IT Services, Software Development, Digital Transformation, SaaS, or Enterprise Application projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills, along with the ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for development teams. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• • Conduct client meetings, requirement workshops, and solution presentations.
• • Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and project managers for successful project delivery.
• • Support Agile ceremonies, UAT, requirement validation, and change requests.
• • Assist in pre-sales activities, proposals, and effort estimation, where required.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
